Our Mission
The anticipation, excitement and joy of a birthday are feelings that no one appreciated more than Annie Blair Eisner. She celebrated the entire month of October, known to everyone who knew her as Annietober. The mission of the Annietober 365 Foundation is:
- To inspire our community to commemorate each day like it’s a birthday;
- To enable people to have more birthdays by funding cancer research for prevention and new treatments;
- To help find donor matches for patients in need of a bone marrow transplant so that they can celebrate a second birthday on their transplant date!
We do this to honor Annie, who motivates us to keep the Annietober spirit going all year long.
